Grinding and clenching your teeth can cause many problems including sensitivity and
cracked teeth. It can also lead to disturbed sleep and headaches. If your dentist sees evidence
of this or you’re aware of grinding you can discuss the possibility of fitting an appliance to wear
at nighttime to prevent it.
